I test the speed right next to my main router, which is out in the open in my office, and I get 140-180 download. I have tried testing it at the main router with and without the child nodes connected to see if there is any difference, but never faster than 180. Their business models assumed the value of the Net came from the content they deliver to us.
Re: Upload faster than download! Oh dear due to hub disconnections /restarts you are in a banded profile you now need to maintain a stable connection with no hub restarts for the next 3/5 days and you should then lift out of the banding automatically

The upload speed is alot higher than the download speed. The controller software version is 4.1.185.0. 3 Tests: Upload 1610 KB Download 464 KB. reboot AP. Upload 4335 KB Download 1961 KB. Upload 4903 KB Download 2627 KB. We are wondering if there is a setting to allow Download speeds to go faster than the Upload speeds.

May 27, 2017 · Gigabit Internet Download Speed Much Slower Than Upload I always get 900+ Mbps UPLOAD but never more than 300 Mbps DOWNLOAD. But, I get 900/900+ Mbps between the Router and the Server every time, *AND*, here's the real kicker: I get 900/900 Mbps from the desktop if I run in Safe Mode . Verizon 4G LTE wireless broadband is 10 times faster than 3G — able to handle download speeds between 5 and 12 Mbps (Megabits per second) and upload speeds between 2 and 5 Mbps, with peak download speeds approaching 50 Mbps.
