After finished testing your Internet connection speed, take note of the details particularly the “download speed” located at top. Personally, I'd ask your service provider. I seriously doubt that anyone still using dialup internet is likely going to be throttled. Compared to high speed, you're already being throttled! After 4 years I finally found out why the hotspot was so slow. Under Settings -> Celluar -> Celluar Data Options -> Data Roaming When turned off, and you connect to the iPhone hotspot, the speed is throttled by the iPhone to prevent data over-usag Tech, video games, and a good book.
